There goes God’s master plan
To carve her out
From a rib of a man,
To accompany him
And be his muse,
With nothing but
High virtues,
Strength and courage
Ran through her veins,
Meant to be free
Only to be shackled by chains,
Love was her power
Now lost in the blur,
Faded in the process
How she wishes a safe haven
For those abused maiden,
Where patriarchy is over ran
By the magnificent female clan,
Where love and trust
Dampens the violence,
Where rapes are not an issue
But just another taboo,
Where killing and abduction
Is no man’s action,
Equality is the only
Pre conceived notion,
Can there be a place?
With no distress
For the creator
Of our coming race,
Hear those cries
Of help and plea
For all she wants
Is to be free,
Let her be
Bone of your bone
Flesh of your flesh
For she is a woman
Someone chosen
To be a blessing
To your ailing,
Celebrate this day
With a promise
To make this world
An abode that’s flawless.
